He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Jack" Freeman and Tressa C. Freeman (Grisolano); and his stepson Greg Andre. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Newsom (Paul) of Branson, Missouri, Katrina "Buffy" Freeman of North Carolina, Danny Freeman (Melody) of Manito and Jimmy Freeman (Pam) of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Paula Andre, Terry Andre, Michelle Kitchen (Jeff Hopwood) and Rachel Utsinger (Bill); and his sister Blanche Johnson of Canton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren.
