He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Mitchell Walker (Samantha) of Geneva and Shelley Henderson (Dave) of Lenexa; his grandchildren, Robert, Liam, Krisstofer, Margaret Walker, Ashley Berkley (Aaron) and David Henderson; his great grandchild Lennon Grace Berkley; Walker.
