She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Markello and Lois Markello (Smith); her husband Donald Friedrich; and her siblings, John, William Markello and Fern Kaps.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Batterton (Robert) of Farmington and Cynthia Ratcliff (Dennis) of Astoria; her stepchildren, Mark Friedrich of Deland, Jon Friedrich (Grace) of Spring Lake, Chris Friedrich of Hannibal and Paula Gensel of Pekin; her sister-in-law Rose Markello of Canton; and her grandchildren, Stacey Meehan (Richard), Bradley Beekman (Bambi), Chad Beekman (Heather), Kelly Carlock (Tom), Ginger Briney (Milton), Tanya Graham (Jason), Anissa Frye (Matthew) and Joseph Ratcliff (Jannell). She is also survived by thirty great-grandchildren and twenty-seven great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in her memory may be given to Willow Ridge Hospice in Havana, Illinois or Red Oak Memory Care in Canton.
