With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis M. Carson (Canton, Illinois), born in Eldon, Iowa, who passed away on September 20, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William James Seitz and Ruth Hazel Seitz (Ellis); her parents-in-law, Everett and Dortha Carson; her sisters, Myrna Cruise and Beverly Davis; her siblings-in-law, Daryl Cline, John Davis, John Carson and Eleanor Carson; and her nieces, Janice Carley and Susan Bohanan (Carley).
She is survived by : her husband Robert; her daughters, Deborah Carson-Cross (Mike) and DeAnn Atwell (Mark); her grandchildren, Robert, Katy, Cameron, Eli, Jennifer and Alycia; her sister Trudy Cline; and her parents-in-law, Stellemae (Carson), Jerry Carley, Janice (Carson) and Al Castle. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Farmington United Methodist Church.
