He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fisher and Peggy Fisher (Howard); his daughter Dawn Dotson; his grandson Cody Brian; his brother Tom Fisher; and his sister-in-law Linda Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Fisher of Morton; his children, Jonna Hemminger (Eric) of Morton, Bobbi Fisher of Morton, Toni Weller (Jeff) of Morton, Jeniffer Woodward (Chris) of East Peoria and Steven Fisher (Samantha) of Metamora; his son-in-law Jimmy Dotson of Missouri; and his siblings, Vickie Baker of Wentzville, MO, Mike Baker of Washington and Denny Baker (Ginnie) of Brighton, IL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
