She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. and Rosie M.; her husband Charles "Chuck" Dick Jr.; her grandson Anthony Darnell Cook III; her siblings, Dennis Smith, James Smith, Elizabeth Maple and Bonnie Mae Smith; her half-brother Laverne Morgan; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Smith and Linda Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Dick (Jesica), Tiffany Bethard, Gavan Dick and Jaylynn Smith; her brothers, Bill Smith, Roger Smith (Joyce) and Wayne Smith (Jessie); her friend Adam Reside; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Smith and Mike Maple; and her pet Corbin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Petersburg (103 W Sangamon St, Petersburg, IL 62675). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
