He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallye Halford and Eva Halford (Yeaman); his wife Carol Stites; his son Steven; and his in-laws, Howard and Cecil Stites.
He is survived by: his children, Gary L. Halford (Janet) of Palm Coast, FL, Greg Halford (Kayla) of Magnolia, AR and Linda Daugherty (Ron) of Springfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Shanna Hull, Michael Halford, Bryon Lenhart, Courtney Provart of Nikki Lenhart, B. J, Josh Halford, Rodney Halford, Bud Daugherty and Brock Halford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Athens Christian Church, American Heart Association, or the American Cancer Society.
