He is survived by: his wife Ivy Koefoed of Cantrall; his children, Jeffrey Koefoed (Karin) of Riverton, Jonathan Hall (Sharon) of Derby, KY and Valerie Hall Spurgeon of Springfield; his daughter-in-law Paula Koefoed of Springfield; and his siblings, Martha Main (Dale) of McKees Rock, PA and Martin Koefoed (Linda) of Missouri Valley, IA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
