He is survived by: his wife Lora Carter; his children, Vance and Camryn Carter; his siblings, Steven Carter and LeAnn Woodward (Scott); his parents-in-law, Marla and Terry Devaney; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Edwards (Keith) and Tara Mau (Ryan); and his father Wayne Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
