She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Akin and Thelma Matilda Akin (Squibb); her husband Bill Rogers; her grandson Ryan Robbins; her cousin Sandy Jacquot (Christopher Gibson); and her close friend Buffy II.

She is survived by: her daughter Patty Gibson (Randy); her grandchildren, Joey Robbins (Jessica Southworth) and Shelbi Smith (Wes); and her great grandchildren, Grace Robbins (Cace Cook), Lane, Harrison, Russell and Matilda Smith. She is also survived by family members and dear friends.
