He is survived by : his wife Angie Anheuser; his daughters, Catrina Prather and Andrea McKinnies (Jumor Reed); his siblings, LaVonna Kerly, Chuck McKinnies (Merla) and Rev. Dan McKinnies (Karla); his sister-in-law Marsha McKinnies; and his grandchildren, Chloe Prather, Bailey Harsy, Jake Prather, Cannon Spiller, Marcus and Jace Reed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lucas Evans Memorial Scholarship Fund.
