He is survived by: his mother Brenda K. Tuggle (Raymond Elliot); and his siblings, William Joseph Staley and Leslie Dunn (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

He stayed in Atlanta in 1995 when I went back to Florida. Tried unsuccessfully to call several times in Carbondale. Hope and pray he is with Jesus in heaven. God bless.”
