He was predeceased by: his parents, Zora Larue (Allen) and Jack La Rue; his aunts and uncles, Ora Dailey, Moe Dailey, Lee and Faye; his cousins, Jody and Jimmie Allen; and his siblings, Jack La Rue, Sharon, Sissy and Tina.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry La Rue; and his children, Linda Lowry (La Rue), Donna Keener, Sharon Bishop (La Rue), Jerol Baron La Rue Jr. (Barb), Samantha Barszcz and Terry Barszcz. He is also survived by grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great grand nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home (211 W Broadway Blvd, Johnston City, IL 62951). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
