He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Longueville and Merle Longueville (Reed); his children, Matthew Longueville (Jess), Julia Leenig (Brian) and Adam Longueville (Leah); his grandchildren, William, August, Gideon Longueville, Henry, Archie Leenig, Lily, Hudson and Jude Longueville; his sister Merredith Peterson (John); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Nolden, Gail Dixon and Craig Dixon (Pam).
Instead of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bruce Shingleton Fund at Unity Point School designated for use in the music or PreK programs or Read SI-Dolly Parton's Imagination Library at the Southern Illinois Community Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.
