He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Harriett Fulmer, Jr. (Ketring); his son Travis Fulmer; and his sister Kathy Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Donna Fulmer of Cambria; his children, Shawn Fulmer of DeSoto, Bryan Fulmer of Marion, Ted Walsh, Jr. (Brandy) of Freeman Spur and Montana Fulmer Duty of Carbondale; his sister Alesia Fulmer Lipe of DeSoto; and his grandchildren, Chyanne, Ciara, Katlynn, Emma, Makenlee, Catilin, Taylor, William, Madox, Austin, Landon, Caleb, Tyler and Brantley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family to help with expenses and will be accepted at the cemetery.
