She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Eugene Nipper; her parents, Nelson Grammer and Ethel Marie Etherton Grammer; and her sisters, Alice Julian and Rose Clark.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law John W. Julian; her niece Debra Nelson (Scott); and her nephew John M. Julian (Firuza).
