It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn A. Mansfield (Carbondale, Illinois), who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Breeden and Mary Jane Breeden (Beasley); and her husbands, Clyde "Squeak" Shelton and Butch Mansfield. She is survived by : her children, Chris Shelton (Michelle) of DeSoto and Mary Jane Trexler of Leoma, TN; her grandchildren, Gaige Shelton of DeSoto, Karah Shelton of DeSoto, Kallie Heavrin of DeSoto, Tasha Thompson of Flora and Tory Sample (Rick) of Leoma, Tennessee; and her great great grandchildren, Raegan Sample, Dexter Sample and Harper Thompson.
