She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hicks and Lucille Hicks (Wasson); and her husband Charles Morgan. She is survived by: her children, Trudy Albert (Joe), Sue Roberts (David), Metty Morgan (Mary) and Douglas Morgan (Jeni). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meredith Funeral Home (300 S University Ave, Carbondale, IL 62901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
