With sadness, we share the passing of Robert C. Osinga (Carbondale, Illinois). Robert, born on February 21, 1949, passed away on July 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Osinga and Winifred Osinga (Kuiper); and his brother Leonard Osinga. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Osinga; his children, Doug Osinga (Lori), Greg Osinga (Sarah) and Dawn Duff (Joel); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Seth, Mollie Osinga, John, Jim (Rachel), Bob, Ruth Osinga, Anna Lyogky (Stephan), Andrew, Graham and Elijah; his great grandchildren, Violet and Lauren Osinga; and his brother John Osinga. He is also survived by several in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Robert's name to Trinity Christian School and will be accepted at the funeral home and church.
