She was predeceased by: her parents, Don King and Mary King (Dosier); her sister Donna Catherine; and her nephew Cory Baker. She is survived by: her sister Karen; her brother-in-law Steve Baker of Fairfield; her niece Jenna Dunnigan (Brad) of Waterloo; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Xavier, Terrance Baker, Isla, Solvi, Silas and Maris Dunnigan; and her close friends, Diane Daugherty, Sue Anderson, Cindy Scott, Molly Hudgins, Paula Clark and Julie Beck.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Carbondale Community High School (1301 E Walnut St, Carbondale, IL 62901).
