He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert A. Winsel and Mary Ruth Davis (Black); and his siblings, Robert Winsel and Lola "Odie" Wagner. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie "Tootie" Winsel; his children, Chuck Winsel of Virden, IL, Mike Winsel (Pam) of Carlinville, IL and Vicky Ray (Barry) of Carlinville, IL; his grandchildren, Chuck Winsel (Glennys), Robert Lee Winsel, Tyler Summers, John Winsel (Molly Reiher), Joel Winsel, Jarid Winsel, Amanda Roberts (J. P.), Courtney McDonald (Brad) and Lauren Summers; his great grandchildren, Amos McDonald, Brady, Case Roberts, Emma Winsel and Paige Roberts; and his siblings, Dale Lee Davis, David Winsel of South Roxanna, IL, Tommy Winsel of Wood River, IL and Barbara McGee of South Roxanna, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
