He was predeceased by : his parents, James Fred and Evan Ann Bangert (Evans); his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Patty Bangert. He is survived by : his close friend Alice Bown; his brother Daniel Bangert (Sue) of Shipman, IL; his daughter Kathy Kalb (Kevin) of Salem, IN; and his stepchildren, Dale Ball (Amy) of Hettick, IL, Brad Ball of Glen Rock, Russ Ball of Carlinville, IL, Bill Bown (Mary) of Havelock, NC, Kenny Bown of Carlinville, IL, Kelly Clark (John) of Palmyra, IL and Mary Ray (Matt). He is also survived by 14 grandkids.
