With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deb A. Rathgeb (Carlinville, Illinois), who passed away on December 23, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, John Burns and Theresa Burns (Costello); her friends, Jerome, Cathy Martin, Cindy Stayton, Brenda Beanblossom, Alice Pressler and Vicki Burns; her pets, JoJo and Lily; her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Edith Rathgeb; and her husband Dave Rathgeb.

As a testament to her love of dogs and cats, any donations in her honor should be made to Macoupin County Animal Shelter 21640 Rt.4, P. O. Box 391, Carlinville, Ill. 62626.
