With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Deborah Helen Daugherty of Carlinville, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis H. Daugherty and Maxine Bettis Daugherty; her brother Louis E. "Louie" Daugherty; and her nephews, Steven Daugherty and Frank W. Hanselman.
She is survived by: her niece Elizabeth "Beth" Hanselman of Springfield, Illinois; her great-niece Laura Morris (Camdin) of Raymond, Illinois; her great-nephew Jevon Thomas; her sister-in-law Lea Daugherty of Springfield, Illinois; her sister Kay King Thomas; her cousins, L. T. Krone (Brandi Chism), Susan Rose (Randy), Agnes Knetzer (Ralph), Karol Kaufman (Jim), George Campbell (Becky), Michael Campbell, Ada Peterson (Ralph), Jim Daugherty (Barb), John Daugherty, Mike McKeethan (Pat), Lois Teich and Emily Lind; Wrenlee Morris, Brenlee Morris and Andersin Travis Morris. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Memorials may be made to the Macoupin County Animal Shelter or the Macoupin Center for the Developmentally Disabled, causes close to Deb's heart.
