Lack) of Carlinville, IL; and his siblings, Gayle Ethridge (Billy) of Pope County, IL, Debbie Yates (Mike) of Brookport, IL, Vickie Bates of Vienna, IL, Joan Johnson of Vienna, IL, Caitlyn Launiu (Manila) of Vienna, IL and Rusty Kerley of Ozark, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
