He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dugger of Carlinville, IL; his sons, Chad Dugger (Sadie) of Carlinville, IL and Gary Dugger (Courtney) of Hettick, IL; his grandchildren, Charlee Dugger and Reed Dugger; and his brothers, Tom Dugger (Kathy) of Hannibal, MO, Brad Dugger of Carlinville, IL and Ronnie Dugger of Carlinville, IL.
