It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel William Rhodes of Carlinville, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel David and Alice Rhodes (Crays); and his siblings, Charlie, Russell and Norma.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his brother Chester Rhodes of Marshall; his children, David Rhodes (Michelle) of Carlinville, Renee Burcham (Dave) of Carlinville and Deanna Lee (Roger) of Carlinville; and his grandchildren, Patty McDaniel, Chelsea Burcham, Brady Rhodes and Madeline Lee. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
