He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Ken (Annie), Kevin, Jacob (Carrie) and Stacy Spaulding (Don); and his siblings, Tom (Sue), Jim (Sandy) and Rene Atkinson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
