He was predeceased by: his parents, Garman Kessinger and Eva Kessinger (Bartlett); and his former wife Judy Kessinger. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kessinger of Carlock; his children, Ronna Daugherty of Bloomington, Rick Kessinger of Bloomington and Ty Kessinger (Jessica) of Hudson; and his siblings, Eyvoughn of Normal and Chellis "Jim" (Mary Jane) of Bloomington. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Windell was a born-again Christian and attended Bible Baptist Church in Normal, where memorial contributions may be left.
