He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Lowe and Ruth Ann Hopper; and his nieces and nephews, Diane LaRose (Leo), Brian Lowe (Connie), Gene (Kris), Lowe, Jr., Asa Lowe, Cassie Winters (Dot), Candice "Candy" Maxey (Ben), Heath Lowe (Molly), Heidi Schroeder (Brad), Lance Lowe (April), Landon and Lorelai.
