He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McQuade and Hilda McQuade (Hilgemann); his siblings, Leonard McQuade, Eileen McQuade, Raymond McQuade (Linda), Julian McQuade and Paul McQuade; his parents-in-law, Paul and Ida Mae McBride; and his siblings-in-law, Terry McBride, Jim Hensley, Jerry Birchler and Judy Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie McBride; his daughters, Carol Garner (Mike) of Breese, Nancy Stessman (Alan) of Council Bluffs, Barbara Bathon (Leonard) of Carlyle, Theresa Goscinski (Larry) of Freeburg and Kathy Blankenship (Dewitt) of Hillsboro; his sister JoAnn Varel (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Susie McQuade, Karen McQuade, Paula Burton (Lowell), Karen McBride, Dennis McBride (Patti) and Randy McBride (Sue).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Zieren Funeral Home (1111 Clinton St, Carlyle, IL 62231). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Felicitas Church (13322 Church Rd, Carlyle, IL 62231).
In lieu of flowers and other gifts, expressions of sympathy in memory of Eddie are suggested to St. Felicitas Parish Cemetery and will be received through Zieren Funeral Home, 1111 Clinton Street, Carlyle, IL 62231.
