She was predeceased by: her father John; her former husband Marcel Diekmann; her husband Robert H. Jansen; her daughter Phyllis Macky; her son-in-law Larry Hartman; her parents-in-law, Barney and Lavern Diekmann; her stepfather Sheldon Apple; her grandson Russell Burkhardt; her brothers, Joe Isaak and Elmer Isaak; and her brothers-in-law, Gene Hamilton and Lavern Diekmann.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Diekmann of Carlyle, Elaine King (Danny) of Simpson, IL and Diane Hartman of Huey; her son-in-law Kenny Macky of Carlyle; her sisters, Pearl Stevens (Butch) of Huey, Estella Hamilton of Rushville and Ruth Bradford (Michael) of Carterville; and her sister-in-law Helen Isaak of Carlyle.
Memorials made in memory of Betty may be made to the Matthew 25 Food Pantry in Carlyle and will be received at the church or Nordike Funeral Home, 740 Fairfax St., Carlyle, IL 62231 who is serving the family.
