He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Schlarman (Westerman) and Joseph B. Schlarman; his sister Mary Catherine; his parents-in-law, Ruth and Cornelius "Bud" Warnecke; and his brothers-in-law, Ron and Phil Warnecke.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Warnecke; his children, Ben Schlarman (Kimberly) of Chicago and Kelsey Schlarman (Kevin Oishi) of Boulder, CO; his brothers, Paul Schlarman (Judy) and Joe Schlarman of Belleville; his in-laws, Julie Groth (Lou) of Hackettstown, NJ, Mark Warnecke (Marybeth) of Carbondale, IL, Anita Seger (Marty) of Carlyle, Nancy Wolters (Jeff) of Trenton, IL and Gayle Warnecke of Carlyle, IL; and his niece Sara Russell (Ian) of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
