She is survived by : her brother Roger Smith (Paula) of Carmi, IL; her nephew Andrew Smith (Cassie); her great-niece Sophia Smith; her great-nephews, Landon Smith and Carson Smith; and her cousin Aimi Hartlieb (Darin).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Pets At Risk and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
