He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman A. Dodge and Myrtle L Dodge (Proctor); and his siblings, Nadine Duplantis, Betty Jean Dodge and Bobby L. Dodge.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Lee; his sister Donna Ward (Billy) of Carmi; and his friends, Ken Wenzel and Lisa Partain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home (609 W Main St, Carmi, IL 62821). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Billy's memory to the White County 4H Livestock Committee and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home, 609 W. Main St., Carmi, IL 62821.
