She is survived by: her husband Tine Jaques of Carmi, IL; her son Eddie Allen (Lori) of Concord, IL; her grandsons, Cody Allen of Bowling Green, KY. and Connor Allen of Norris City, IL; and her brother Curtis Canady (Nancy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
