He is survived by: his mother Mary Holman (Carr) of Bonita Springs, FL; his wife Vickie Holman of Carmi, IL; his son Jerry Holman of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Kazlyn Holman of New Haven, IL and Kyndall Holman of Carmi, IL; his stepgrandchildren, Kale and Kinady Smith of New Haven, IL; his stepmother Judy Holman of Cranberry Township, PA; his siblings, Scott Holman (Morgan Evans) of Pittsburgh, PA and Melanie Andorka (Mike) of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings-in-law, John and Carmeta Bingman of Carmi, IL; his nephews, Nathan Bingman (Samantha) of Carmi, IL, Brent Bingman (Shealyn) of Carmi, IL. and Alex Andorka of Jacksonville, FL; his niece Amanda Andorka of Jacksonville, FL; his great-nieces, Hattie, Hallie and Lemmie Bingman of Carmi, IL; and his great-nephew Easton Bingman of Carmi, IL.
