He is survived by: his wife Sandy Orr (Browning); his children, Jennifer Phelps (Steve), Melinda Girot (Jonathan) and Brian Orr (Tracy); his grandchildren, Tyson Russell (Liz), Max Johnson, Eleanor Orr, Briar Girot, Clay Phelps, Matilda Orr, Brinley Girot, Bethany Phelps (Maddie), Cody Phelps (Emilee), Adam Phelps (Hannah) and Mikayla Phelps (Austin); his great grandchildren, June, Miles, Maggie, Sutton and Vivian; his in-laws, Chris Browning, Brian Browning (Sheila), Mark Browning and Janet Klueg (John); his niece Deanna Martin; and his friends, Jack and Debbie Simmons.
