He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sisters, Deborah Price (Bill) of Owensboro, KY, Diana Jordan (Gene) of Carmi and Donna Knight (Kirk) of Mt. Juliet, TN; his mother-in-law Dorotha Thackrey of Carmi; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Strawhecker (Gregg) of Bartlett, TN and Pharon Winter (Scott) of Wadesville, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
