Don White Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Don White of Carmi, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lehman White and Gladys White (Roser); his wife Margaret Rose Miller; and his daughter Alice Marie Flaherty-White. He is survived by: his children, Rodney White of Carbondale, IL, Rhonda Smith of Carbondale, IL. and Robyn White of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Courtney Smith (Steve Sawyer) and Dylan Smith of Carbondale, IL; his great grandchild Katelyn Crum (Nathaniel) of Marion, IL; and his siblings, Donna Kaye Land of Carmi, IL. and Alan D. White (Linda) of Thornton, CO..
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Don's memory to the White County Retired Teachers Association, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
