He was predeceased by: his father Charles Keith. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Holman (Fishback) of Carmi; his daughters, Kazlyn Holman of New Haven and Kyndall Holman of Carmi; his brothers, James Fowler, Michael Fowler, Jessie Plumley and Jacob Plumley; his grandmother Judy Holman; and his close friend Keisha Simmons.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
