It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John H. Walker of Carmi, Illinois, born in Lawrenceville, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Walker and Marilyn Walker (Harper); and his sister Sherri Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Letha Walker (Johnson) of Carmi; his children, Josh Walker of Hillsboro, Michael Walker (Rhi) of Nokomis, James Payne of Baghdad, Cody Payne (Christina) of Fairfield, Illinois and Jamie Cain (Tony) of Carmi; and his brother Wayne Walker (Elizabeth) of Allendale, Illinois. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
