Harmon Jr. of Carmi, Illinois, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Wiley and Beulah Margaret Harmon (Roy). He is survived by : his daughter Stella Oxford (Adam) of Carmi, IL; his grandchildren, Sebastian Lee Oxford and Brieanna Marie Oxford; his brother John Harmon of Rockford, IL; his cousin Cleatus Roy (Lori) of Norris City, IL; and his close friend Jimmy Lipe (Sandra) of Mt. Vernon, IL..

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, to assist with funeral expenses.
