He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kisner and Dorothy Kisner (Setser); and his wife Annie Lois Stover. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Kisner (Connie) of Carmi and Chris Kisner (Melody) of Carmi; his grandchildren, Kaylie Sunday (Corey) of Murfreesboro, TN, Kelsey Thurman (Chris) of Carmi and Koby Kisner (Emily Nord); and his great grandchildren, Chalin Goff, Sadie Sunday and Riley Sunday.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home (609 W Main St, Carmi, IL 62821). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
