He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Talley and Rosemary Talley (Morris); his former wife Judy E. Smith; his wife Gloria E. Lampley; his son John Turner; and his siblings, Billy Talley and Candace Darnell.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Graham of Evansville, IN, Anthony Smith of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Michael Ross Talley of Mt. Pleasant, MI and Adam Talley of Lansing, MI; and his siblings, Kay Talley of Carmi, Steve Talley (Jo) of Carmi and Doug Talley (Tammy) of Carmi. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mike's memory to New Beginning Church of God and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is assisting the family with arrangements.
