She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thomas and Beatrice Thomas; and her husband Vernon A. Lodge. She is survived by: her sons, Gary W. Lodge of Franklin, NC and Arthur Lodge of Anna, IL; her daughter-in-law Vickie; her stepgranddaughter Amanda Harrell; her grandchildren, Ryan and Katie Cortes of Ocala, FL; and her great grandchild Javier Cortes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions honoring Pat be made to Carmi Public Library at 103 Slocumb St., Carmi, IL 62821 and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home, 609 W. Main St., Carmi, IL 62821 who is assisting with local arrangements.
