He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shelow and LeAnna Shelow (Jamison); his wife Jane Shelow; his sons, Reeder Charles Shelow, Jr., Donnie Stover and Roy D. "Doug" Stover; and his siblings, Darlene Greene, Bob Shelow and Wayne Shelow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Nelson (Frank) of Carmi, IL, Michelle Allen (Jeff) of Owensville, IN. and Cindy Stover (Bob Harvey) of Carmi, IL; and his grandchildren, Donald Stover, Jr., Holly Grisham (Garry), Angel D. Stover, Josiah Stover, Chris Pollard (Kristen), Heather Rice (John), Katelyn Trefftzs, Colton Shelow, Kyle Buchanan and Brandy Cunningham. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
