He was predeceased by: his parents, Virtus Winter and Helen Blanche Winter (Musgrave); his sister Janet Woolsey; and his brother-in-law Kenny Woolsey. He is survived by: his children, Richard Jarrett Winter of McLeansboro and Sabrina Shun (Brian) of Franklin, TN; his siblings, Alan Winter (Teresa), Sheila Westfall (Doug) and Kevin Winter (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Isaac Shun and Liliana Shun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
