He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Savage and Bertha Savage (Heil); his wife Linda Lou Allison; his siblings, Betty Blackford, Thelma Fulkerson, Owen Savage and Jack Savage; and his nephew Charles Savage.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Tom Alcock of Bloomingdale, IL; his sister Donna Neal of Evansville, IN; his sibling's children, Beth Conner (Scott), Mike Blackford, Jana Mitchell, Connie O'Neal, Cathy Fulkerson, Barbara Masterson, Deanna Short, Janet Stewart and Judy Savage; and his pet Tucker.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Services and Burial.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ron's name to Pets at Risk, PO Box 2, Carmi, IL 62821 and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home, 609 W. Main St., Carmi, IL 62821 who is assisting the family with arrangements.
