She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Ray and Lanita Jean Bartley (Osborne). She is survived by: her son Michael Gwaltney (Michelle Alvey) of Carmi; her sister Marilyn Chapman (Joe) of Chicago, IL; and her niece Aeryn Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with offsetting funeral expenses and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi who is assisting the family with arrangements.
